Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You can return or exchange items under the following conditions: 
  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order if you received the wrong or expired products. 
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. 
  • Items damaged during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Please include pictures of the damage and packaging when reporting the issue.
    Ineligible Items
    Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange: 
    • Opened or used products. 
    • Discounted or sale items. 
    • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling. 
      Return Process
      To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps: 
      1. Contact Avyya Customer Support at customercare@avyya.in or +91-9636765900 within the 7-day return window. 
      2. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item. 
      3. Securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging, if possible. 
      4. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. 
      5. Ship the package to the return address provided by Avyya Customer Support. 
      6. Please retain your proof of shipment for your records. 
        Exchanges
        If you wish to exchange an item for a different product: 
        • Specify the details in your email to Customer Support. 
        • Once the returned item is received and verified for eligibility, we will process the exchange. 
        • If the new item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference. If the new item is of lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method. 
          Refunds
          • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. 
          • Shipping charges from the original order will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.
